Hilary Evans McIpd

Hilary Evans MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources sector. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Optical Technologies Europe/CVI-UK at IDEX Corporation since January 2024, Hilary previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Aurrigo and served as Senior HR Manager at Airwave/Motorola Solutions from March 2017 to November 2022. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner positions at GE and Alstom Power, where significant HR initiatives were led across multi-functional areas. Hilary holds a BA Hons in Social Studies with a focus on Sociology and Contract Law from the University of Warwick.
