Hilary Piegat Bryant

Hilary Piegat Bryant, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and recruitment. Hilary began their career as a Recruiter at T.A. Davis & Associates, Inc. in 2002 and then moved to Levy Restaurants in 2005, where they served as the Director of Recruiting for six years.

In 2011, Hilary joined Meritas Family of Schools as the Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies. Hilary later became the Senior Director of Human Resources, providing support to Central Services staff and HR Directors at multiple schools.

Hilary joined IDEX Corporation in 2014, holding various HR leadership positions. Hilary served as the Director of Talent Management, where they developed performance management strategies and tools. Hilary then became the Director of Human Resources for Liquid Controls, a business unit of IDEX Corporation, overseeing HR functions such as employee relations and talent management. Hilary later held roles as Vice President of Human Resources - Global Dispensing and VP of Human Resources - Corporate Functions, before being promoted to Group VP of HR, overseeing HR across the entire corporation.

Throughout their career, Hilary has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Hilary has a strong understanding of compliance with state and federal laws and has been instrumental in developing and improving HR processes and programs.

Hilary Piegat Bryant, SPHR has a Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell University, obtained in 2013-2014. Hilary also holds a BA in Communication and Political Science from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1999-2002. In addition, they studied Business at San Diego State University from 1998-1999 and graduated from Valparaiso High School in 1998. Hilary also has the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI.
