Matthew G. Osman

Matthew G. Osman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matthew G. is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at IDEX Corporation. Prior to that, they were a Business Intelligence Board Member for Chief Learning Officer magazine at BetterWork Media Group. Osman also worked at Elevance Health as the Director of Talent Management and Chief of Staff, where they supported talent directors, managed learning and development functions, and supervised learning project managers. Matthew G. has also held positions at Mobius Industries, LLC as a Program Manager in the Department of Defense and at General Motors as a Manufacturing Supervisor. Additionally, Osman has an extensive background in the military, having served as the Director of Instruction for the US Army and Army Reserve.

Matthew G. Osman holds a Masters of Science (M.S.) in HR, Organizational Performance from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Adult Education, also from Bellevue University. Matthew G. also has a Graduate degree in National Strategic Studies from the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. Additionally, Osman has obtained certifications including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Birkman Assessment Certification, Hogan Assessment Certification, Prosci Change Management Certification, and Situational Leadership.
