Vikki Olson, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Vikki is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at IDEX Corporation, where they oversee the HR function for the IDEX Energy division. Prior to this role, they served as the HR Director for the Advanced Flow Solutions division at IDEX Energy.

Before joining IDEX Corporation, Vikki worked at Air Liquide in various HR leadership roles. Vikki served as the Director of Talent Management & International Mobility for the Americas Hub, where they were responsible for talent development and employee mobility strategies. Vikki also held the position of HR Director for Large Industries North America, where they played a strategic role in managing a $1.3B business entity with over 700 employees. Additionally, Vikki served as the HR Director for Air Liquide Electronics US LP and led talent acquisition efforts as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Vikki began their career at Air Liquide as the University Relations Manager, overseeing internship programs and campus recruitment.

Prior to their tenure at Air Liquide, Vikki worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Waste Management, conducting national searches for sales and marketing positions. Vikki also gained experience as a Search Associate at Kensington International, where they provided talent acquisition and career transition services to a diverse range of clients. Finally, Vikki started their career as a Research Analyst at Witt/Kieffer, a prominent executive search firm.

Through their various roles, Vikki has developed a strong expertise in HR leadership, talent management, recruitment, and strategic planning. Their experience spans multiple industries and they are known for their ability to drive organizational success through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Vikki Olson, MBA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Aurora University. Vikki also completed their Master's in Business Administration from Aurora University.
