Cara Levine

Cara Levine is a highly experienced Veterinary Anatomic Pathologist currently working at IDEXX since July 2020. With a diverse background, Cara also serves as a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist at VetPuncture since September 2014, providing house-call acupuncture services for pain control in chronic disease patients. Previously, Cara owned Coastal Veterinary Histopathology, LLC from September 2016 to July 2020, specializing in diagnostic veterinary histopathology for exotic and domestic animal species. Additional roles include work as a veterinary anatomic pathologist for various organizations such as Florida Vet Path Inc and Kord Animal Health Diagnostic Laboratory. Cara's educational credentials include a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University and a residency in Veterinary Anatomic Pathology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Cara holds a certification in veterinary acupuncture from the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine.
