Emily Walters

Emily Walters is a highly qualified Veterinary Clinical Pathologist with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at IDEXX since November 2021, Emily has also served as a Clinical Associate Professor at Western University of Health Sciences from June 2013 to October 2021 and worked at Antech Diagnostics in the same capacity. Emily's expertise includes cytology, clinical biochemistry, hematology, immunophenotyping, flow cytometry, and immunocytochemistry. Prior to these roles, Emily was an instructor in the Veterinary Anatomy Laboratory at UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital and completed a Veterinary Clinical Pathology Fellowship at IDEXX Laboratories. Emily's training includes a Veterinary Clinical Pathology residency at The Ohio State University from 2009 to 2012, and Emily holds multiple degrees from the University of California, Davis, culminating in a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.
