Jola Moss

Jola Moss serves as the Chief Delivery Officer for IDEXX Veterinary Software and Corporate Accounts since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer operations and experience management. Previously, Jola held the position of VP of Care Operations and Customer Experience at GoTo from March 2018 to January 2023, and VP of Customer Success at MercuryGate International from September 2016 to February 2018, where a successful Customer Success organization was established. Prior to that, Jola was Director of Customer Care Operations in the SaaS Division at Citrix, achieving perfect NPS scores, and Executive Director of Worldwide Service Operations at Lenovo, managing global service delivery for enterprise customers. Jola's earlier roles include Vice President of Operations/COO at NCR Corporation where significant revenue growth was achieved, and various positions in operations and product management. Jola holds an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina and a BBA in Finance from Francis Marion University.
