Michele Richardson

Michele Richardson, PhD, serves as the Director of Human Resources for Point of Care, Telemedicine, and Strategic HR at IDEXX since November 2020, where responsibilities include strategic partnership with senior business leaders and execution of talent and organizational strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Yale University as Senior Organizational Development Consultant, at the Port of San Diego as People Strategies Business Partner, and as the Managing Principal and Founder of Inciteful Communications, a consulting firm. Michele’s academic credentials encompass a PhD in Human Development and an MA in Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University, along with a Certificate in Management Development for Entrepreneurs from UCLA Anderson and a BA in English from San Diego State University.
