Rene Cordova

Rene Cordova serves as the Director Associate of North America Software Customer Support at IDEXX since May 2022, leading teams focused on software support across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with product teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Previously, Rene spent over 13 years at Deltek, initially as Manager of Global Customer Care and later as Senior Manager, where responsibilities included defining global support strategies, developing SLAs and KPIs, and liaising between support teams and product management. Earlier experience includes a role as System Administrator at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, where implementation of Deltek Vision occurred under direct reporting to the CFO. Rene holds a Master's degree in Management and multiple certificates from Harvard University, along with a BA in Finance from Florida International University and certification as a Yoga Instructor from KYB.
