Samantha Jones has extensive experience in talent development and human resources, holding key leadership roles at notable companies. At IDEXX, from January 2019 to December 2021, Samantha served as Sr. Director of Talent Development, overseeing enterprise talent programs, following a position as Director of Talent Development focused on organizational development. Prior to IDEXX, Samantha was the Founding Director at Insight Factors, providing career development coaching and HR consulting. Samantha's background includes roles such as Global HR Director and Global Talent Management Director at PZ Cussons, where strategic HR initiatives were developed, and SVP, Global Head of Talent Management at ABN AMRO.
