Sarah Grassi is a seasoned procurement professional with a robust background in strategic sourcing and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement at IDEXX since September 2012, Sarah has effectively built collaborative relationships with stakeholders and managed multi-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and supplier performance while achieving significant cost savings. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Worldwide Procurement Manager and Procurement Manager at IDEXX, where Sarah managed a $200MM portfolio in indirect spend. With earlier positions at TD Bank as VP of Strategic Sourcing and Category Manager, coupled with an educational foundation that includes an M.B.A. and a BA in Accounting from Husson University, Sarah possesses a comprehensive skill set in procurement, vendor management, and financial analysis.
