Tim Vargo is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager II at IDEXX since May 2022, Vargo previously held roles such as Factory Manager at BlueTriton Brands and Site Operations Lead at Alpha Packaging. Vargo began a career at Newell Rubbermaid, progressing through various crucial positions including Operations Manager, Materials Manager, and Safety Leader, where significant achievements included winning the CEO Safety Excellence and Leadership Award and drastically reducing incident rates.
