Abhinav Temani

Abhinav Temani currently serves as Lead- Talent Management & Culture at IDFC FIRST Bank, focusing on the development of a futuristic Talent Management ecosystem and enabling culture for over 30,000 employees. Previously, Abhinav held the position of Manager in the same area within the bank. Prior to that, experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in the People Advisory Services practice at EY, where responsibilities encompassed partnering with clients on various HR matters. Abhinav also completed a summer internship at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., where analysis of staffing norms was conducted to optimize talent deployment within the sales team. Abhinav holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
