Adil Patrawala

Adil Patrawala has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Adil is currently the Chief Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, where they lead a team of over 150 members in an outbound call center. Their responsibilities include driving sales and generating revenue for the bank. Prior to their current role, Adil worked at ICICI Bank as a Manager II from 2017 to 2020. Adil also held the position of Senior Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2012 to 2017. Adil has experience in sales intelligence as well, having worked as a Manager at Netscribes from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they worked at HDFC Bank as a Sales Manager in 2008 and at Countrywide Financial Corporation India Services as a Team Leader from 2007 to 2008. Adil's career in the banking and financial industry started at GTL Ltd, a leading contact center and business process outsourcing services company, where they held the position of Team Leader from 2003 to 2007.

Adil Patrawala completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce & Economics from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended St. Ignatius High School in Mumbai and obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree.
