Adrian Andrade

Adrian Andrade currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at IDFC FIRST Bank since December 2018. Prior to this role, Adrian was the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Capital First Limited from April 2011 to December 2018. With extensive experience at Standard Chartered Bank from May 2000 to April 2011, Adrian held multiple leadership positions including heading HR for Consumer Bank Risk, Products, Marketing, and Training Academy. Earlier career experiences include roles at ANZ Grindlays Bank and The Oberoi, providing a solid foundation in human resources and banking operations. Adrian holds a B.Com degree in Accountancy and Economics from the University of Mumbai and completed ICSE at St Mary's Mount Abu.
