Anteriksha Lambhate

Anteriksha Lambhate is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Zonal Head for Talent Acquisition at IDFC FIRST Bank since June 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team of 15 recruiters and overseeing the recruitment of over 6000 new employees annually, along with driving process excellence in the rural business sector. Previously, Anteriksha held the roles of HR Business Partner for the Rural Business in Madhya Pradesh, overseeing employee onboarding and lifecycle management, as well as founding Gypsy Holidayzz, a company focused on tailored corporate and leisure travel solutions. Anteriksha's career also includes front office management positions at Country Inn & Suites by Carlson and Della Adventure & Resorts Pvt Ltd, as well as experience in guest relations at SHRW, LLC. Anteriksha holds a PGDIM in Marketing & Operations Management from PROTON Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
