Chetan Sanghvi

Chetan Sanghvi is an experienced risk management professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Wholesale Risk at IDFC FIRST Bank since November 2018, Chetan previously held the position of Senior Director of Risk at IDFC BANK LIMITED from March 2015 to October 2018 and headed Large Corporate Risk at HSBC from October 2004 to March 2015. Additional experience includes a managerial role in Stressed Asset Management and Relationship Management at ICICI Bank from April 2000 to October 2004. Chetan holds a PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Commerce from MES College, Bangalore. Chetan's foundational education was completed at Bishop Cottons Boys School, Bangalore.
