Ravi Botare

Ravi Botare possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having held senior positions at IDFC FIRST Bank, including Head and Zonal Head of Talent Acquisition for Retail Assets and Customer Experience. Prior roles include managerial positions at Mahindra Finance and Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd., as well as earlier roles in recruitment and human resources at Retail Hub Solutions Ltd. and Mascon Global Consultant. Ravi Botare holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from R.T.M. Nagpur University.
