Rishi Hamlai

Rishi Hamlai is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in cross-selling and product management. Currently serving as Business Head Cross Sell at IDFC FIRST Bank since September 2019, Rishi leads the Cross Sell E-Branch initiatives for a variety of financial products. Prior to this, Rishi held prominent roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, including Associate Vice President for Digital Initiatives and Product Lead in the Agri Business Group. Rishi co-founded Progenesys, contributing to sales management on a national scale. Earlier career experiences include significant positions at ICICI Bank and various international call centers, focusing on loan processing and customer service delivery. Rishi holds a Leadership Stack degree from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
