Rohan Kudtarkar

Rohan Kudtarkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, particularly in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Transformation at IDFC FIRST Bank since September 2017, Rohan has been instrumental in managing the digitization journey for Personal Loans and Business Installment Loans, leading to improved disbursal turnaround times and enhanced user experiences for Direct Selling Agents and credit teams. Prior to this role, Rohan held various positions at Infosys, including Consultant and Associate Consultant, where responsibilities included evaluating client requirements in digital services and optimizing end-to-end processes for a leading beverage manufacturer. Rohan is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology.
