Davyd Edwards

Davyd Edwards is an experienced professional in digital banking and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Digital Banking at Meridian Credit Union since April 2022, leading product managers and UX designers for retail and commercial banking. Prior to this, Davyd served as Director of Customer Experience at Wyth Financial, where a new online banking platform was launched within eight months. Davyd's extensive background includes roles at BMO Financial Group, where insights into digital strategies and customer experience were developed, along with positions involving market analysis and competitive insights at RSA, GfK, and News International. Davyd holds a Master of Arts in Psychological Research from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of South Africa.
