Rupak Jain

Rupak Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business consulting within the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Product Owner and Product Manager for Digital Lending at IDFC FIRST Bank since July 2022, Rupak leads product development initiatives on the Thought Machine - Vault Core platform. Prior to this role, Rupak worked as Associate Principal at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, focusing on banking solutions and core banking expertise. Experience also includes serving as Manager at Virtusa, where Rupak managed business consulting for a UK-based Tier 1 bank, and held roles at Tech Mahindra and Polaris Financial Technology Limited, specializing in banking consultancy and application re-engineering. Rupak holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University.
