Sankalp Sinha

Sankalp Sinha is a finance professional with a strong background in credit strategy and relationship management. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Credit Strategy at IDFC FIRST Bank since September 2023, Sankalp focuses on developing strategies to enhance retail asset underwriting processes. Previously, at ICICI Bank, significant contributions included executing NCD transactions and conducting market research for the Financial Sponsors Group. Sankalp also served as an office bearer for the Cultural Committee at IIM Shillong, where responsibilities included organizing events and managing budgets. Additionally, experiences as an intern at IDFC FIRST Bank and C-DOT provided valuable exposure to digital transformation and software development. Sankalp holds an MBA from IIM Shillong and a BTech in Computer Science from Harcourt Butler Technical University.
