Shivank Bansal

Shivank Bansal currently serves as the Head of Engineering & Architecture for Consumer Tech at IDFC FIRST Bank since December 2020, focusing on developing a customer-centric digital banking platform. Prior to this role, Shivank held significant positions at Jio, where contributions included enhancing digital platforms with cognitive and emotional intelligence, and launching a pioneering digital platform across Reliance Industries. Experience also includes serving as an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Safexpress Private Limited and Emaar India, where Shivank drove technological initiatives and managed enterprise applications.
