Rob Swasey is an experienced professional currently serving as the Europe Regional Manager at IDFL Laboratory and Institute since June 2021. Previously, Rob held various positions at InnovAsia, Inc., including Operations Start-up Manager, where responsibilities included leading supply chain expansions in China and Guatemala and setting up a medical-grade face mask factory in the US. Other roles involved establishing a new quality assurance department as China Quality Manager and managing an office relocation. Earlier career experiences included positions at BD as a Manufacturing Engineer, and internships at InnovAsia, Battaglia Capital, and ATL Technology, among others. Rob holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University, complemented by international educational experiences at National Taiwan University and Universidad de Alcalá.
