Ashish Khandait has over 15 years of experience in account management, customer success, and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Key Account at IDfy since October 2013, Ashish negotiates annual contracts and drives sales through effective presentations to decision-makers. Previous roles include Head of Client Success and Support at IDfy, where a team of Customer Success Managers was built, and Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on professional and government clients. Prior to IDfy, Ashish held positions at HSBC as NRI Service Manager and COUNTRYWIDE FINANCE LIMITED as Sr Call Verification Associate. Early career experience includes roles at 3 Global Services Private Limited, Inteletnet Global Services, and BPL Limited. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Bhavans College.
