Claudio Serra has extensive experience in engineering management and innovation, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Maxim Integrated since 2017, where responsibilities include managing engineering teams and coordinating cross-departmental projects while implementing best practices. Prior to this role, Claudio held the position of Principal Engineer, leading high-impact project development and overseeing technical strategy. At ELTEK Group, from 2010 to 2017, senior engineering roles were held, focusing on project leadership and system optimization. Earlier experience includes positions at Future Electronics, where software module development and testing were performed, and an internship at Siav S.p.A. Società Benefit, assisting in circuit board design. Claudio holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Firenze and Università degli Studi di Padova, respectively.
