Jim Vito

Jim Vito has been working at IDI Billing Solutions since August 2007, serving as the Director of Customer Support & Billing Operations. Prior to that, Jim worked at Global Crossing for 12 years, where Jim held the role of Director of Global Wholesale Voice Client Services. Jim attended St. John Fisher University from 1986 to 1990 for their education.
