Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at IDI Billing Solutions is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's cloud-based Billing and OSS solutions. This includes designing and enhancing the CostGuard® application, ensuring seamless system integrations, conducting rigorous testing, managing data engineering and analytics, and providing specialized support and services to customers. The team works collaboratively to optimize and secure the platform, enabling Communications Service Providers to efficiently manage their billing and operational processes.
