Prior to IDI Logistics, Michele accumulated extensive experience at BrightSphere Investment Group from September 2008 to July 2019, rising through various roles including Vice President, Director of Talent and Culture, and Human Resources Generalist. Michele's educational background includes a BA in Music from Florida State University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
