Ranit Gal-Oz

Ranit Gal-Oz serves as the VP of Human Resources at iDigital since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources management from previous roles, including Human Resources Manager at Proporzia (May 2016 - October 2021), Top Alpha (January 2015 - March 2016), and Alpa Cosmetics Group (February 2006 - November 2013). Ranit's career began in recruitment with Hever Hon Enoshi as a Placement Manager for senior positions from November 2002 to February 2006. Ranit holds an MSC in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University (2005-2007) and a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (1999-2002).
