Agata Gelaberto

Agata Gelaberto is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation, business management, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a conference speaker, vice president, and co-director of the Consejer@s EJE&CON program at EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s, Agata has also held a significant role in new business development at Idilia Foods since April 2018. Agata's past leadership as co-founder and CEO of Regenear highlighted expertise in biotechnology focused on facial cartilage regeneration. Previously, a long tenure at Danone spanned two decades, where Agata influenced product innovation and marketing, notably creating and launching DENSIA and DANACOL brands.
