Rita de Juan

Rita de Juan possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving in a role focused on talent, training, and internal communication at Idilia Foods since May 2019. Key responsibilities include performance evaluations, personal development planning, salary reviews, succession planning, and internal communication initiatives. Previous experiences encompass practical roles in mental health and psychogeriatrics at Benito Menni, as well as in adoption and fostering at Fundació IReS. Rita has also worked in personnel selection and human resources management at DPL ETT, SL, and PSICOAC, where responsibilities included recruitment, hiring processes, and corporate social responsibility program implementation. Rita holds a Master's degree in General Sanitary Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona, alongside an earlier degree in Microbiology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
