Sophia Andrade

Sophia Andrade serves as the Manager of Global People Operations at IDinsight, a role held since April 2021, after previously working as a Specialist in Legal and Compliance and Senior Associate for Southeast Asia Operations. At IDinsight, Sophia has overseen HR functions, co-managed project staffing, and collaborated on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Development Associate at Smarter Good, Inc., where fundraising strategies were tailored for diverse nonprofits, and earlier roles at the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor and the National Anti-Poverty Commission focused on policy development and research. Sophia holds a degree in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University and has pursued studies at European School of Political and Social Sciences and IÉSEG School of Management.
