Guillaume Cavalin

Guillaume Cavalin is Legal Director. He is involved in the legal and tax structuring of investment vehicles (FPCI, FPS, SLP, SCR and any other type of alternative investment funds). He acts mainly for private equity, debt, fund of funds, dedicated funds and co-investment funds. He acts with institutional investors, corporate, family offices (French or foreign) during their investments in investment vehicles (audit and negotiation of the documentation of investment vehicles and carried interest schemes of the team of management).

Before joining Idinvest Partners, Guillaume previously worked in Japan (2003-2006),

Luxembourg Bar (2008), Paris Bar (2011), LL.M. in banking, commercial and financial law (Fordham University, New York, 2007); DEA in business law (University of Rennes 1, 2001).
