Robert Hagmaier

Robert Hagmaier has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles. Robert is currently the Director of Software Engineering at IDIQ since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at loanDepot as the Vice President of Software Engineering from October 2020 to September 2022, and as the Director of Software Engineering from February 2018 to October 2020. Before loanDepot, they held the position of Senior Software Development Manager at Experian Consumer Services from June 2015 to October 2017. Robert also worked as the VP of Software Development at Evisions Inc. from September 2005 to April 2014, where they managed product lines, introduced Agile practices, and engaged with clients. Additionally, they served as a Senior Software Developer/Adjunct Faculty at North Orange County Community College District, where they worked on database development and migration projects from 1996 to 2005.

Robert Hagmaier earned a BS degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton in 2002. Robert then pursued an Executive MBA in Business from National University in 2003. In addition, Robert has obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2020 and completed a course on Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
