Tim Winter

Tim Winter currently serves as President and CEO of iDirect Government since April 2023 and has been Chairman of the Board at Minerallac Company since November 2012. With extensive experience in the telecommunications and government sectors, Winter held the role of Vice President for Global Accounts and Global Government at ST Engineering, iDirect from October 2019 to April 2023. A former Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy Reserves until July 2022, Winter also contributed to various organizations, including the Navy Youth Hockey Board as Director and VT iDirect as Managing Director for Global Service Providers. Prior to these positions, Winter managed business operations at L-3 3Di/GCS and worked for the Department of Defense as a Cyber Plans and Policy Action Officer, as well as holding key roles at Eastern Petroleum and Northrop Grumman. Tim Winter earned an MBA in International Business and Strategy from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BS with Honors from the United States Naval Academy.
