Daniel Delaruelle is a SatCom enthusiast and Senior Principal Engineer currently specializing in mobile and NGSO satellite communications solutions at ST Engineering iDirect. With previous roles as Research and Development Engineer, Manager, and Scientist at Newtec from 1988 to 2015, Daniel advanced various physical layer solutions and managed product development. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universiteit Gent and has pursued studies in Russian at Hogeschool Gent.
