Ibrahim Solakli

Ibrahim Solakli is an experienced professional in customer success and technical services, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at ST Engineering iDirect since August 2018, following a role as Director of Customer Success Engineering. Between September 2017 and August 2018, Ibrahim took a sabbatical. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Customer Success Engineering at VT iDirect from August 2016 to August 2017, and various positions at VT iDirect from 2007 to 2016, including TAC Tier 1 Manager and Senior Technical Services Engineer II. Ibrahim holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kocaeli University.
