Samuel Diters

Samuel Diters has extensive experience in customer success and account management. Samuel is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at Wistia since February 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Brightcove, including Global Director of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, Senior Account Director, and Account Director, Mid-West, from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Brightcove, Samuel worked as a Customer Success Manager, Named Accounts at Rapid7 in 2016. Samuel also served as a Strategic Account Manager at EverTrue in 2015 and as an Account Manager/Sales at CarGurus in 2014. Their earliest experience in account management was at Brightcove, starting in 2010, where they held positions such as Account Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager.

Samuel Diters received their Bachelor of Science degree in History from Central Connecticut State University from 2006 to 2010.
