Krista Phillips

Krista Phillips, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the engineering and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Project Manager at ST Engineering iDirect since May 2022, Krista oversees the planning and delivery of engineering projects in alignment with product management goals, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop satellite ground systems. Prior experience includes managing multimillion-dollar programs at the United States Postal Service, where Krista directed the procurement and deployment of package sorting machines and software applications, along with technical roles at Sprint, including managing network development activities and leading RF engineering teams. Krista's career spans back to the early 1990s, with roles in network performance and project management. An alumnus of the Illinois Institute of Technology, Krista holds an active USPS Sensitive security clearance.
