Fanny Lezy

Fanny Lezy has over 20 years of experience in training and human resources management. Currently serving as Chef de projet formation ingénierie financière at ÏDKIDS since February 2003, Fanny Lezy is responsible for building and managing the group’s training budget, identifying skill development needs in collaboration with managers and HR partners, deploying the Skills Development Plan, overseeing the internal training organization Idschool, and supporting employees in their training and professional projects. Prior to this role, Fanny Lezy worked at OKAÏDI as Chargée de formation and Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines, managing personnel administration, payroll, and supporting store managers.
