Julia Sick

Julia Sick is a Senior Consultant at Idlewild Partners, with a rich background in data management, research, and community outreach. Prior experiences include serving as Data and Research Manager at Violence Intervention Program, Inc., where Julia managed data quality and systems across multiple programs, and as a Development Associate, contributing to grant projects and program designs. Previous roles encompass research internships at Hunter College and Urban Justice Center, a Program Coordinator position at International Movement ATD Fourth World, and various volunteer and administrative roles focused on community support and engagement. Julia holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Colorado College.
