Abdul Samad Jalali

Abdul Samad Jalali is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist at the International Development Law Organization since May 2016, Abdul also held the position of Procurement Officer within the same organization. Prior to this role, Abdul was the Procurement Section Head at the China National Petroleum Corporation from May 2012 to May 2016, where recognition as the Best Employee of the Year and "Star of the Procurement Department" was achieved in 2014. Abdul's career also includes working as a Procurement Specialist and Document Control personnel at The Louis Berger Group, Inc./Black & Veatch JV from February 2008 to April 2012. Academically, Abdul holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kardan University, completed from 2019 to 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Mashal University, attained from 2011 to 2014.
