Ester Binetti has extensive experience in performance marketing and digital communication, currently holding the position of Performance Marketing at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige since March 2023. Previously, Ester served as Client Partner at Ciaodino - Digital Evolution Agency from May 2022 to February 2023 and held various roles at Havas Group from January 2017 to May 2022, including Digital Performance Expert, Media Expert, and Media Planner. Earlier in their career, Ester worked as a Junior Media Planner at Zenithoptimedia Italia and Dentsu Aegis Network, and in Communications at Groupama Assicurazioni S.p.A. Additionally, Ester gained experience as an Assistant Communication at S-com aisbl. Educational qualifications include a Master in Marketing & Communication from Luiss Business School and advanced degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Università degli Studi di Bari and Ateneo "A. Moro," Bari.
