Manuel Bruschi is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Insights, Strategy & Transformation at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige since April 2024. As the Founder of Timeular since 2016, Manuel invented and patented the world's first time tracking dice, achieving over 10 million euros in revenue from more than 30,000 customers primarily in the United States. Manuel guided more than 25 employees in a remote work environment and secured 3 million euros in funding from notable investors such as Speedinvest and Connect Ventures. Additionally, Manuel has experience as a freelance full-stack developer, interim leader, and trainer from 2009 to 2015, and contributed as a Junior Researcher at the Human-Centered AI Lab from 2013 to 2014, focusing on publications related to biofeedback. Earlier in the career, Manuel was a high school teacher in chemistry and electronics at GOB Schlanders. Academic qualifications include a Dipl.Ing/MSc in Software Engineering & Economics and a BSc in Computer Science from Technische Universität Graz, along with a Diploma in Adult Education and Training from BFI Steiermark.
