Cristian Baijet has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cristian has also worked as a Consulting Engineer at redi-Group España Quality Services, where they served as the SEAT Produkttechnik during the launch of AUDI Q3. Cristian coordinated international suppliers, enforced standards, and helped with new materials and processes homologations.

Earlier in their career, Cristian worked as a Project Engineer at Innovalia Metrology, where they were involved in product development and served as the technical responsible for European Framework Program projects in industrial metrology. Cristian also had technical trainee experience at Robert Bosch and completed an internship at Daimler Chrysler in the Verfahren Entwicklung und Maschinen department.

Cristian Baijet completed their undergraduate studies from 1999 to 2005 at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering.
