Thanos Kalaintzis

Thanos Kalaintzis is an experienced technology professional currently working as a Customer Success Manager at IDnow since November 2022. Previously, Thanos served as a Technical Account Manager at trivago from August 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing key accounts, analyzing API performance, and coordinating technical integrations. Prior to that, Thanos held positions as an IT Specialist at Otto Glänzer, a Sales Analyst at iCALL Services, and an IT Support Analyst at Vodafone. Thanos began a career in IT as a network engineer at AGF and worked as a web designer and project supervisor at Arma-machines. Thanos holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Technical Institute of Central Macedonia.
