Sophia East

Sophia East has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. From 2020 to present, they worked at Idomoo as the Head of Customer Success for EMEA. Prior to that, they held the position of Creative Project Manager/Customer Success at Idomoo from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Idomoo, Sophia worked at Ve Global from 2014 to 2019, where they held various roles including Director of Account Management (APAC), Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Additionally, they worked as an MFL Teacher & UCAS Coordinator at London Borough of Hounslow from 2010 to 2013.

Sophia East has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic Studies from The University of Sheffield. Sophia also holds a Post Graduate degree in MFL from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. Additionally, Sophia has obtained certifications in PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, SQL for Data Analysis Beginners Course from Udemy in 2019, and Digital Marketing Leadership from Squared Online in 2015. Sophia has also completed a French Language Enhancement Course at London Metropolitan University.
