Ildiko Bacs

Ildiko Bacs is the Head of Digital Services and Customer Support at IdomSoft Zrt., where they manage various aspects of digital services. With a diverse background, Ildiko previously served as the Deputy Head of Department for IT service management at KEK KH and held multiple managerial roles at companies including TD Consulting Ltd., TriVet Data Ltd., and IBM Global Services. Ildiko holds degrees in engineering and environmental management from the University of Pécs, and is currently pursuing an MBA with a financial specialization at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
